ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ ФОРМ И ПРАКТИК ДОКАЗАТЕЛЬСТВА («ВЫВОДА») ШЛЯХЕТСТВА В ВЕЛИКОМ КНЯЖЕСТВЕ ЛИТОВСКОМ (КОНЕЦ XV – КОНЕЦ XVI ВВ.)
В статье прослеживается эволюция процедуры подтверждения шляхетского статуса («вывод шляхетства») в Великом княжестве Литовском от конца XV до конца XVI в. Показано, как «жалобная» практика позднесредневековых волостей, опиравшаяся на память рода и поручительства локальной элиты, трансформируется в устойчивую судебно-канцелярскую процедуру, встроенную в нормы Уставы 1507 г. и Статутов ВКЛ 1529/1566/1588 гг. На материале актовых книг, привилеев и поздних актований реконструируется реальная доказательная процедура: сочетание кровных свидетелей «по отцу» и «по матери», «вердикта сообщества» («люди добрые»), древних грамот и листов, выписок из «пописов» и аттестаций должностных лиц; фиксируются роли присяги, гербового ввода и единичных иностранных аттестаций. Выявлено доминирование поводов, связанных с навязыванием «простых» повинностей и переводом в путную/подводную службу (в том числе в связи с волочной померой), а также устойчивый блок дел о «нагане шляхетства» и кейсы реабилитации после утраты актов. Аргументируется переход во второй половине XVI в. к механизму «отрицательного доказательства» (проверка «в книгах» как довод в пользу статуса). Делается вы-вод о корпоративизации сословия и формировании «минимального комплекта» доказательств как прикладного стандарта практики. Намечена программа дальнейших исследований: продление хронологии на XVII–XVIII вв., сопоставление литовской и коронной практик, конфессионально-этнический срез и анализ риторики чести.

EVOLUTION OF FORMS AND PRACTICES OF PROOF («INFERENCE») OF NOBILITY IN THE GRAND DUCHY OF LITHUANIA (LATE XV – LATE XVI CENTURIES)
The article traces the evolution of the procedure for confirming noble status («vyvod shlyakhetstva») in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania from the late 15th to the late 16th century. It demonstrates how the «complaint-based» practices of late medieval localities, relying on family memory and endorsements of the local elite, were gradually transformed into a stable judicial–chancellery procedure embedded in the norms of the 1507 «Ustava» and the Statutes of Lithuania of 1529, 1566, and 1588. Based on court books, privileges, and later confirmations, the study reconstructs the actual evidentiary proce-dure: a combination of kin witnesses «by the father» and «by the mother,» the «verdict of the commu-nity» («good people»), ancient charters and letters, extracts from registers, and attestations by officials; it also identifies the roles of oaths, heraldic adoption, and occasional foreign attestations. The analysis reveals the dominance of cases related to the imposition of «common» obligations and transfer into corvée or transport service (including in the context of the Volok reform), alongside a steady block of cases concerning «slander of nobility» and the rehabilitation of rights after the loss of documents. The study argues that by the second half of the 16th century a mechanism of «negative proof» emerged (verification «in the books» as evidence in favor of status). The article concludes with the observation of corporate consolidation of the estate and the formation of a «minimum package» of proofs as a practical standard of the procedure. A research agenda is outlined: extension of observations into the 17th–18th centuries, comparison with the Crown’s practices, a confessional–ethnic perspective (in-cluding Tatar nobility and naturalizations), and systematic analysis of the rhetoric of honor and proce-dural formulas.
