ОБЛИК НАЧАЛЬСТВУЮЩЕГО СОСТАВА РККА В 1920-Е – НАЧАЛЕ 1930-Х ГГ.
В статье исследуются особенности морально-бытового облика и повседневности лиц начальствующего состава Красной Армии в 1920-е – начале 1930-х гг. как проявление деформации старого и складывания нового общества в целом и формирования его военно-корпоративной структуры в частности. Эта проблема является одним из характерных и малоизученных показателей социальных и морально-нравственных особенностей и настроений командиров и прочих начальствующих лиц РККА, прежде всего из числа бывших офицеров старой армии, в условиях военных психотравм, радикальных общественных преобразований, политической борьбы, новой экономической политики и ее последствий в условиях «военной реформы СССР» 1920-х гг. Выявлены, систематизированы и проанализированы причины, мотивы и специфика служебного, финансового, повседневно-бытового и эмоционального их состояния. Официальный и внеслужебный психологический микроклимат в изучаемый период отличался серьезными лабильностью и деформациями, негативно влияя как на внутреннюю ситуацию в армии, так и на общее социально-политическое благополучие. Изживание этого стало одной из главных задач военно-организационных преобразований тех лет и было на приоритетном контроле у высшего руководства страны. Основная масса использованных источников представлена официальными документами, часть из которых находится на архивном хранении и вводится в научный оборот впервые.

THE APPEARANCE OF THE COMMANDING STAFF OF THE RED ARMY IN THE 1920S AND EARLY 1930S.
The article examines the features of the moral and everyday appearance and everyday life of the Red Army commanders in the 1920s and early 1930s as a manifestation of the deformation of the old and the formation of a new society in general and the formation of its military-corporate structure in particular. This problem is one of the characteristic and poorly studied indicators of the social and moral characteristics and moods of the commanders and other commanding officers of the Red Army, primarily from among the former officers of the old army, in the context of military psychological trauma, radical social transformations, political struggle, new economic policy and its consequences in the context of the «military reform of the USSR» 1920-the 1980s The causes, motives, and specifics of their official, financial, everyday, and emotional state have been identi fied, systematized, and analyzed. The official and off-duty psychological microclimate in the period under study was characterized by serious lability and deformations, negatively affecting both the internal situation in the army and the overall socio-political well-being. Overcoming this became one of the main tasks of the military-organizational transformations of those years and was under the priority control of the country's top leadership. The bulk of the sources used are represented by official documents, some of which are in archival storage and are being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time.
