STRATEGY FOR COUNTERING MANIPULATION OF SPORTS COMPETITIONS
The author comes to the conclusion that a more active approach of the state to combat manipulation of sports competitions the Main effort in the fight against corruption in sport should be implemented at the national level. The strategy for countering the manipulation of sports organizations should be based on systematic work to create a mechanism for combating corruption in sports, which includes the development of the following main areas: improving the state mechanism for combating corruption in sports; improving the «corporate» mechanisms of self-defense against corruption in sports organizations; ensuring interaction between the state and» corporate » anti-corruption mechanisms in order to determine common approaches and standards for the prevention, detection and suppression of corruption offenses.
