In addition, the author explores Israel’s approaches to the notion of terrorism, a terrorist act and a terrorist organization, state’s mechanisms for determining whether or not a terrorist threat exists. In this context, the author analyzes the common challenges for all countries to combat terrorism and the practical measures launched by the Israeli Law on Combating Terrorism in 2016.
