ИНСТИТУЦИОНАЛИЗАЦИЯ ИСТПРОФОВ В СТРУКТУРЕ СОВЕТСКИХ ПРОФСОЮЗОВ
В статье анализируются особенности формирования и функционирования Комиссий по истории профессиональ-ного движения (Истпрофов) в структуре советских профсоюзов 1920-х гг. Делается акцент на вариативности форм организации отдельных комиссий и их относительной независимости от центра. Создание центрального Истпрофа при ВЦСПС в 1921-1922 гг. было связано с определенными организационными и кадровыми трудно-стями. При этом в отдельных профсоюзах (например, в Союзе рабочих железнодорожного транспорта и в Союзе рабочих-сахарников) историческая работа была налажена уже в самом начале 1921 г. При Петроградском совете профсоюзов в 1921-1924 гг. вместо Истпрофа действовала Ученая комиссия по исследованию истории труда в России, в которую входили такие известные историки «старой школы» как С.Ф. Платонов, Е.В. Тарле и А.Е. Прес-няков. Истпроф при ВЦСПС не столько руководил работой различных исторических комиссий в структуре проф-союзов, сколько координировал ее. В отличие от партийной историографии, профсоюзные исторические комис-сии представляли собой децентрализованную структуру.

THE INSTITUTIONALISATION OF ISTPROFS WITHIN THE STRUCTURE OF SOVIET TRADE UNIONS
The article analyses some features of the process of forming and functioning of the Commissions on the history of the professional movement (Istprofs) within the structure of Soviet trade unions in the 1920s. The author highlights wide range of different forms of commissions’ organization and high level of their independence from the center. Foundation of the central Istprof of VTsSPS in 1921-1922 was connected with some organizational difficulties. At the same time, some other unions (for example, the Union of railroad workers and the Union of workers of the sugar industry) succeed-ed to start their historical research as early as in the beginning of 1921. In Petrograd, there was another historical insti-tution in 1921-1924 within the structure of trade union council: the Commission on the history of labor in Russia, which consisted of well-known professional historians such as S.F. Platonov, E.V. Tarle, and A.E. Presniakov. The cen-tralIstprof coordinated the work of various historical commissions within the structure of the trade unions rather direct-ly controlled it. Unlike the party historiography, trade union historical commissions were decentralized structure.
