SPATIAL REORGANIZATION IN THE CITY OF SEVASTOPOL IN 1920 -1930 HS.

The article describes the main administrative-territorial transformations in the city of Sevastopol in the 1920s and 1930s. During this period in territory of modern city, there were several different territorial units, their shift was caused by the search of the optimal territorial the Board lands in its vicinity. During the 1920s the city was the center of Sevastopol County, district of Sevastopol, the Sevastopol district. In 1921 – 1922, under his command were also the lands of modern Bakhchisaray district of the Republic of Crimea. Ended conversion data allocation in the autumn of 1930 the city in a separate administrative-territorial unit, a large part of the Sevastopol district has been transformed in the Balaklava district of the Crimean Autonomous Republic. Subsequently, the administrative-territorial transformations in the city continued. With regard to internal administrative changes at the Sebastopol earth in the 1920s, it was expressed first of all in formation of system of local self-government, which has resulted in constant change in the number of village councils in the district. Analysis of the proven facts showed that by the end of the 1920s, the administrative-territorial division the territory of modern Sevastopol was close to optimal, such transformations 1930 had a political aspect.
