MILITARY EDUCATION OF OFFICERS OF BRITISH ARMY AND NAVY ON THE CUSP OF THE XIX-XX CENTURIES.
This article is devoted to problems of military history of Great Britain. The author tried to analyze and explore system of training of British Army and Navy officers and also opportunities of public schools in system of preentry training in Great Britain. Among other issues, present article addresses the problems of reformation of officers` training system in the Royal Military College at Sandhurst and the Royal Military Academy at Woolwich. Besides, there are studied the problems of officers` training in the Staff College at Camberley and the Royal Naval Staff College at Greenwich.
