HE ORGANIZATION OF INTERACTION OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES AND DEPARTMENTS OF THE MILITARY COMMISSARIAT IN SEARCH OF CITIZENS WHO EVADE MILITARY DUTY
The article deals with the organization of interaction between the internal Affairs bodies and departments of the military Commissariat for the search of citizens evading military duty. The article discusses the basics and gaps of legal regulation in this area. The legal mechanism and legal grounds for the police to carry out investigative activities of citizens who evade military duty are subjected to legal analysis.
