СТАНОВЛЕНИЕ И РАЗВИТИЕ ИНСТИТУТА КОМИССАРОВ ФРАНЦУЗСКОЙ РЕВОЛЮЦИИ В 1791-1796 гг.
В статье рассматривается проблема становления и развития одного из важнейших механизмов революционного правления — института представителей народа посланных в миссии с особыми полномочиями (комиссаров). По мере развития революции этот политический институт прошёл эволюцию от посланников Конституанты до «проконсулов» Робеспьера и исполнительных агентов правительства Директории. Работа показывает главные мероприятия центральной власти Франции в организации гражданских и военных комиссаров. Особое внимание уделено миссиям эпохи Учредительного, Законодательного собраний и Директории. Институт комиссаров, являясь составной частью революционного правительства II года Республики, сумел сохранить свои главные черты в период действия конституции 1795г . Исследование основано на официальных документах и эпистолярных источниках.

THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF COMMISSARS OF THE FRENCH REVOLUTION IN 1791-1796
The article deals with the problem of the formation and development of one of the most important mechanisms of revolutionary government — the institution of representatives of the people sent to missions with special powers (commissioners). As the revolution developed, this political institute evolved from the envoys of the Constituentists to the “proconsuls” Robespierre and the executive agents of the government of the Directory. The work shows the main activities of the central government of France in the organization of civil and military commissioners. Particular attention is paid to the missions of the era of the Constituent, Legislative Assembly and Directory. The institute of commissioners, being an integral part of the revolutionary government of the II year of the Republic, managed to retain its main features during the period of the 1795 Constitution. The study is based on official documents and epistolary sources.
