ОЦЕНКА ФИНАНСОВОЙ ПОДСИСТЕМЫ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ АПК
В статье раскрывается понятие экономической безопасности страны, определяется место экономической безопасности АПК в национальной экономической безопасности. В статье отмечается, что одной из важных подсистем экономической безопасности АПК является финансовая подсистема, которая предполагает проведение внешнего и внутреннего мониторинга основных видов рисков, связанных с осуществлением финансово-хозяйственной деятельности. К основным видам рискам отнесены экологические, социальные, агроэкологические, финансово-экономические. Анализ финансовой подсистемы экономической безопасности АПК проведен на материалах Брянской области. Для этого в статье изучена динамика сальдированного финансового результата деятельности организаций сельского хозяйства, охоты и лесного хозяйства, удельный вес прибыльных и убыточных сельскохозяйственных организаций, сумма прибыли и убытка, рентабельность проданных товаров. В заключении сделан вывод, что не смотря на достаточно пристальное внимание органов государственной власти к проблеме экономической безопасности агропромышленного комплекса, сложно назвать результаты финансово-хозяйственной деятельности высокими и стабильными, поэтому финансовая подсистема экономической безопасности АПК Брянской области имеет средний уровень оценки.

EVALUATION OF THE FINANCIAL SUBSYSTEMS OF ECONOMIC SECURITY APK
The article reveals the concept of economic security of the country, determines the place of economic security of agriculture in the national economic security. The article notes that one of the important subsystems of economic security of agriculture is the financial subsystem, which involves external and internal monitoring of the main types of risks associated with the implementation of financial and economic activities. The main types of risks include environmental, social, agroecological, financial and economic. The analysis of the financial subsystem of economic security of agriculture is carried out on the materials of the Bryansk region. For this purpose, the article studies the dynamics of the balanced financial result of the activities of organizations of agriculture, hunting and forestry, the share of profitable and unprofitable agricultural organizations, the amount of profit and loss, the profitability of goods sold. In conclusion, it is concluded that despite the rather close attention of public authorities to the problem of economic security of the agro-industrial complex, it is difficult to call the results of financial and economic activity high and stable, so the financial subsystem of economic security of the agro-industrial complex of the Bryansk region has an average level of evaluation.
