LEGAL REGULATION OF ORGANIZATION OF RESEARCH ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF ANALYSIS OF EXPERIENCE OF THE SUBJECTS OF THE CENTRAL FEDERAL DISTRICT)
In the article the authors analyze the legal regulation of research activities of students of educational institutions of higher education. The authors analyze the legislation in the sphere of science, education and youth policy of 18 subjects of the Central Federal district. In the course of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that in most subjects of this district there is no clear system of legal regulation of scientific activities of students. In conclusion, the authors of the study formulated 8 conclusions on the generalization of regional legal practice in this area and 2 recommendations for its improvement.
