DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC CONTACTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
AND THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
The article examines the international cooperation between the European Union and Kazakhstan in the field of higher education, where the parties attach special importance to measures aimed at strengthening inter-institutional partnership, encouraging the mobility of students, teaching and administrative staff, researchers and youth, and encouraging the exchange of information and experience. The implementation of the policy of cooperation between the European Union and Kazakhstan in the field of higher education is reflected in many signed legal documents that are the basis of the relationship between the parties. The article considers the educational policy between Kazakhstan and the European Union on the example of the Karaganda economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. Attention is paid to the implementation of academic mobility programs as a priority direction in the organization of international activities of the Karaganda economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with partner universities of the European Union. The result of the study was the information provided on the state of educational exchange for the last three academic years from 2017 to 2020 within the framework of mobility, thanks to which the best educational experience was obtained in leading European universities.
