Employees of the Ambassadorial Prikaz and «theft»: ensuring personnel security office
This article attempts to investigate one of the aspects of the functioning of the Embassy order – the practice of working with translators and interpreters. Translators and Tolmachi – the only category of professional diplomatic staff in Moscow Russia. They were dedicated to the state secret, and this required the exclusion from their number of persons of questionable loyalty. Ambassadorial order. Having studied preserved in an archive of business number of employees in this category, for various reasons, have been subjected to punishment, the author traced the order of personnel security order.
