To the question of responsibility for illegal carrying of the state awards
In connection with the become frequent cases of violation of the legislation on state awards the purpose of this article is research of legal regulation of legal responsibility for the illegal wearing of state awards of the Russian Federation and awards of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Analyzed the current legislation, law enforcement practice and judicial statistics. The features of accountability in cases of such category. Special attention is paid to reasons of latency of offences related to illegal wearing of state decorations and awards of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Suggested to toughen penalties for illegal carrying of the state awards.
