INTRODUCTION OF SYSTEM OF THE PREVENTION AND CORRUPTION PREVENTION IN COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES AS AN IMPORTANT CO-TAVLAYA CORRUPTION
The article highlights the problem of high level of corruption in control and supervisory activities, analyzes the main anti-corruption legislation, reveals the specifics of introducing a system of corruption’s prevention in control and supervisory activities as the main element of countering corruption in this sphere of public administration. The author reveals the reasons for the ineffectiveness of control and supervisory activities in general, identifies a number of problems of the introduction of a system of corruption’s prevention in control and supervisory activities and describes legal, organizational and socio-psychological mechanisms as the basis for the effective introduction of this system.
