РЕВОЛЮЦИОННОЕ ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО ФРАНЦИИ И АРМИЯ В 1793-1794 ГГ.
В статье рассматривается проблема взаимоотношения Комитета общественного спасения и национальной армии в 1793 и первой половине 1794гг. Ужесточение военного контроля было частью концепции по всеобщей централизации всех сфер государства. В это время система военного управления была выстроена в виде вертикали: Комитет – военные комиссары – командующие армиями. Показаны основные мероприятия Конвента и правительства по организации республиканской армии в 1792-1794гг. Подробно освящены деятельность военной секции во главе с Карно и эволюция института военных комиссаров. Особое внимание уделено наиболее результативным миссиям Сен – Жюста в Рейнскую и Северную армии в 1793-1794гг. Отмечен вклад французских ученых в дело обороны Республики.

THE REVOLUTIONARY GOVERNMENT OF FRANCE AND THE ARMY IN 1793-1794.
The article deals with the problem of the relationship between the Committee of Public Salvation and the national army in 1793 and the first half of 1794. The tightening of military control was part of the concept of the universal centralization of all spheres of the state. At this time, the military control system was built in the form of a vertical: the Committee — military commissars — commanders of armies. The main activities of the Convention and the government on the organization of the republican army in 1792-1794 are shown. The activities of the military section headed by Carnot and the evolution of the institute of military commissars are thoroughly consecrated. Special attention is paid to the most productive missions of Saint-Just to the Rhine and Northern armies in 1793-1794. The contribution of French scientists to the defense of the Republic is noted.
