ВЕЩНЫЕ ПРАВА ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫХ СТРУКТУР ОБЩЕСТВЕННЫХ
ОБЪЕДИНЕНИЙ, ИХ АССОЦИАЦИЙ (СОЮЗОВ)
В статье на примере Федерации профсоюзов Беларуси и входящих в нее профессиональных союзов проведено исследование, направленное на установление правового статуса организационных структур общественных объединений, их ассоциаций (союзов), с целью последующего определения вещного права, на котором такие организационные структуры могут владеть предоставленным им имуществом. Результаты исследования позволили внести предложения по упорядочиванию организационной структуры Федерации профсоюзов Беларуси в целом и отраслевых профессиональных союзов в частности, а также решить проблему вещных прав их организационных структур. На основании полученных результатов предложено внести ряд изменений в законодательство Республики Беларусь, а также отдельные локальные правовые акты юридических лиц, на примере которых было проведено исследование.

THING RIGHTS OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES OF PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS, THEIR ASSOCIATIONS (UNIONS)
In the article, based on the example of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus and its member trade unions, a study was conducted aimed at establishing the legal status of the organizational structures of public associations, their associations (unions), with the aim of subsequently determining property law on which such organizational structures can own the property granted to them. The results of the study made it possible to make proposals for streamlining the organizational structure of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus in general and industry-specific trade unions in particular, as well as to solve the problem of property rights of their organizational structures. Based on the results obtained, it was proposed to introduce a number of amendments to the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as certain local legal acts of legal entities, on the example of which a study was conducted.
