FEATURES OF THE COMPOSITION OF INSULTING THE PERSON AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSE
The article deals with the legal assessment of insult as an administrative offense. The author characterizes the concept and forms of insult, analyzes the elements of the composition of this administrative offense. It is argued that the difficulties of qualifying insults are associated with a high degree of subjectivity in assessing the objective side of the offense. It is proposed to legislate the concept of “indecent form”.
