SOME CRIMINAL-LAW ASPECTS OFPROTECTION OF HONOR, DIGNITY AND BUSINESS REPUTATION
In the article, the authors address the questions of criminal-law aspects of the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation via introduction of the criminal liability fordefamation and insult. When the general provision on insult is decriminalized, the special provisions remain. Particular attention is paid to the qualification of the defamation and insult, and the distinction of these provision from other crimes and offences.
