STUDY OF CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES ‘ ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE THE PROTECTION OF OBJECTS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This article presents a scientific view of the state and main problems of customs authorities in the protection of intellectual property. The analysis of Russia’s foreign trade activity with goods containing intellectual property objects and the analysis of the procedure for performing customs operations and customs control of goods included in the register of intellectual property objects was also made.
