ЗЕМЛЕВЛАДЕНИЕ ПСКОВСКИХ ДУХОВНЫХ И СВЕТСКИХ ФЕОДАЛОВ ВТОРОЙ ПОЛОВИНЫ XVIII В.

(ПО МАТЕРИАЛАМ ГЕНЕРАЛЬНОГО МЕЖЕВАНИЯ)

В статье анализируются сведения о землевладениях духовных и светских феодалов второй половины XVIII в. на территории Псковской губернии по материалам межевания. Описывается источниковая база Российского государственного архива древних актов и Государственного архива Псковской области по изучаемому вопросу, рассматривается история изучения межевания, структура и размер владений, соотношение земельных угодий и обеспеченность пашней. Сопоставляемые данные позволяют осветить хозяйственный аспект землепользования самых крупных категорий феодалов в территориальном разрезе. Привлеченные источники характеризуют владения помещиков всех 9 уездов Псковской губернии и земельную собственность духовенства на территории Псковского уезда второй половины XVIII в., а также дают возможность определить крупных духовных собственников земли на изучаемой территории, выявить совпадение и расхождение полученных показателей со средними по Северо-Западу. На отдельных примерах владений светских и духовных собственников прослеживается специфика организации хозяйственной жизни у крупных, средних и мелких феодалов по меркам региона, площадь хозяйственных угодий и соотношение пашни, леса, сенного покоса в них, а также сколько десятин пашни приходилось на одного крестьянина мужского пола во владении.

LAND HOLDINGS OF THE PSKOV SPIRITUAL AND SECULAR FEUDAL LORDS OF THE SECOND HALF OF THE XVIII CENTURY (ON THE MATERIALS OF THE GENERAL INTERRUPTION)

The article analyzes information about the land holdings of spiritual and secular feudal lords of the second half of the XVIII century on the territory of the Pskov province based on the materials of land surveying. The article describes the source base of the Russian State Archive of Ancient Acts and the State Archive of the Pskov Region on the subject under study, examines the history of the study of land surveying, the structure and size of possessions, the ratio of land and the availability of arable land. The compared data allow us to highlight the economic aspect of land use of the largest categories of feudal lords in the territorial context. Attracted by the sources characterize the possession of the landlords all 9 districts of the Pskov province and land ownership of the clergy in the territory of the Pskov district second half of the XVIII century, as well as provide an opportunity to identify major spiritual land owners in the study area, to identify the coincidence and divergence of the obtained indicators with the average in the Northwest. On individual examples of the possessions of secular and spiritual owners, the specifics of the organization of economic life among large, medium and small feudal lords by the standards of the region, the area of farmland and the ratio of arable land, forest, hay mowing in them, as well as how many tithes of arable land accounted for one male peasant in the possession are traced.
